Job Description:
Position: Associate Mental Health Professional
We have openings for licensed and associate mental health professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) with specialty training or particular interest in serving couples, children and teens, and families. Must be licensed in California.
Position Specifics and Compensation:
We currently operate virtually through telehealth. The position begins part time while your caseload grows. This is a W-2 position with flexibility. Compensation is based on client hours, licensure, and experience.
*You get paid for all hours of work! Including trainings we host!
Flexible Schedule: Part-time ( up to 29 clients per week) - Expectation at least 15 clients per week. Starting at part-time and scale up with clients.
Benefits:
- $25 (twenty five dollars) reimbursement for phone/ month after 90 days of employment.
- $25 (twenty five dollars) reimbursement for internet/ month after 90 days of employment.
- Must be seeing the minimum average of 20 clients per week for reimbursement to be applicable.
- Sick Time Accrual Policy: Accrual Rate is 1 hour / 30 Hours with a Maximum Balance and accrual of 40 hours.
- Complete a 90-day employment period before taking any paid sick leave.
- Accrual of sick time is up to 40 hours per year.
Full Time: (30 plus clients per week/ ongoing average of 30 clients seen per week)
